I knew from a young age that I was comfortable with spirit. I didn't understand it of course but took comfort in the visits I received. I fondly remember our neighbor who passed away suddenly. I was close to him and was devastated. I soon learned that he was still with me. He would sit at the end of my bed to comfort me this lasted until adulthood. His presence helped heal me. He eliminated the fear and helped to prepare me for visits to come.
